While we maintain some stock and inventory, our model is largely geared toward an order-based system, allowing us to efficiently manage volumes and customization.<\/p><p>All aspects of the Pashmina-making value chain\u2014except the sourcing of raw cashmere\u2014are conducted in-house at our Kaarkhaana (workspace). We source our raw cashmere ethically from a cooperative in Leh (Ladakh). There is no machine intervention in the creation of our Pashmina; each product is hand-spun, hand-woven, and entirely handmade.<\/p><p>Authenticity, ethics (across the supply chain, processes, and product), and transparency are the cornerstones of our philosophy. In alignment with our unwavering commitment to transparency and ethical practices, we offer real-time access to the making of products for customers who wish to see their order come to life.<\/p><p>We offer customized, preference-based options to all our clients and customers. As a social enterprise, we conduct annual social audits and impact assessments to ensure accountability and growth. In our mission to make Kashmir Pashmina contemporary and chic, we emphasize *co-creation*\u2014of value, design, and product.
